Dermatologic surgeon

Dr. Siegrid Yu is a dermatologic surgeon who specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery (a precise technique for removing skin cancer while sparing healthy tissue) and surgical reconstruction for skin cancer. She also has expertise in laser surgery; rejuvenation of aging skin, 包括使用肉毒杆菌注射和软组织填充物, and treatments for visible leg veins; and cosmetic treatment of Asian skin.

In her research, Yu investigates Merkel cell carcinoma and other skin cancers as well as skin cancer in immunosuppressed patients. Her research honors include the Clinical Career Development Award in Dermatologic Surgery from the Dermatology Foundation.
