SPECT

Electrical source imaging (ESI) uses information from EEG brain wave recordings combined with brain imaging (MRI) to locate the source of seizures and spikes in brain activity.

ESI can be especially advantageous for patients who are considering surgical treatment for epilepsy.

MSI/MEG

Presurgical evaluation
